GOBA Colloquium: Nonestablishments and Freedom of Religion

The GOBA project invites students and researchers to read and discuss recent publications relevant to the core objectives of the project.

On Wednesday the 6th of April from 12 to14 in room 305 at Domus Theologica, the GOBA project will host the third in a series of colloquia on the recent, edited volume Religion, Secularism, and Constitutional Democracy. The series will explore readings related to the primary objectives of the project, and runs regularly on a monthly basis.

The colloquia are open for everyone, and no prior participation is required to attend. If you are interested in participating, please get in touch with Helge Ã…rsheim, and you will receive the assigned readings for the third session, chapters 6 and 7: Is European Secularism Secular Enough? by Rajeev Bhargava, and State-Religion Connections and Multicultural Citizenship, by Tariq Modood.
