Transcontinental PhD Seminar "(Re-)Discovering God In Postcolonial Contexts (Rego): Exploring Methods and Theories in Theology and Religion"

The seminar is hosted by professor Marianne Bjelland Kartzow and associate professor Elisabeth Tveito Johansen.

Most of the program is only open to the participants.

However, there are two panels during the week which are open to all faculty, students and others:
Tuesday October 17th 12.30-14.00: Transcontinental approaches to theology and religion:  hermeneutics, dialogues, encounters (facilitator: Marianne)
Wednesday October 18th 12.30-14.00: (Re)discovering God in postcolonial contexts: ambivalence, power and passion (facilitator: Elisabeth)

Both panels will take place in U40. In each panel there will be faculty representatives from the five institutions involved in the transcontinental program (from India, Brazil, South Africa, USA and Norway), addressing themes central to the seminar.
