Academic interests

My main interest is in bioethics.

During my bachelor and master’s degree I have worked on different bioethical projects on as the ethical permissibility of study-drugs, doping, commodification of oocytes and on the use of human biomedical enhancement to make people morally better.

My thesis is on the ethical, existential and biopolitical controversies of controlled Donation after Cardiac Death (cDCD), a practice of organ donation widely debated in Norway.

My position as a PhD candidate is as part of the project “Availability and function of donor organs: Debating the dead donor rule (3DR)”.
