Roxanne Bélanger Sarrazin receives prize for her Ph.D. dissertation

We congratulate Roxanne Bélanger Sarrazin on receiving the "Prix de thèse Marie-Antoinette Van Huele" for her Ph. D. dissertation! Sarrazin was awarded the prize by the Faculty of Letters, Translation, and Communication of the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Roxanne Bélanger Sarrazin recently recieved the "Prix de thèse Marie-Antoinette Van Huele" for her Ph. D. dissertation.

The prize is each year attributed to one or two Ph.D. dissertation(s) defended the year before, on the sole basis of quality and merit.

€1600 are awarded to the recipients to help them with the publication fees and costs.

Roxanne Bélanger Sarrazin’s dissertation, entitled "Les divinités gréco-égyptiennes dans les textes magiques coptes: Une étude du syncrétisme religieux en Égypte tardo-antique et médiévale" will be published shortly by Peeters Publishers, in the collection Orientalia Lovaniensia Analecta.
