In his valedictory lecture, Werner G. Jeanrond will discuss the relationship between God and the world in contemporary Christian faith and theology. How do Christians consider the meaning of the world? And how do they assess the role of God in, and the contribution of human beings to, the process of creation and reconciliation? Does it make sense today to speak of God as saviour of the world?
After the lecture there will be a reception with speeches and refreshments.
