He used the ATTR mobility grant to deepen his understanding of Coptic manuscript culture in dialogue with experts within the field. This was done during several shorter research stays at different locations.

"The mobility grant gave me the opportunity to focus on my research work in a motivating environment" says Katharina Heinz, a PhD fellow at the Department of Linguistics and Scandinavian Studies, University of Oslo. She travelled to Copenhagen for a two month lond research stay. At the Arnamagnæan Institute she was able to study her research material, and experienced both a development of her academic skills and her scholarly network.

"The research stays gave me insights into diverse European research traditions and into my own methodological approach", reflects Ellen Aasland Reinersten, who used the grant to present her project to different European New Testament parable milieus.

"The research stays have greatly enriched my PhD project, and have increased my momentum for a successful completion", says Ronald Kibirige. He explored dance notation techniques (Kinetography) through studying manuscripts and interacting with experts within the field.
